Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
In accordance with EU consumer law, residents of the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the day the goods are delivered. To exercise this right, you must submit an unambiguous request via our official Withdrawal Form prior to the expiration of the 14-day period.
1. Condition of Items & Loss of Value Please note that under Article 14(2) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.
Inspection Only: Garments must only be inspected in the same manner you would be permitted to examine them in a physical boutique.
Strict Exclusions: Items must be returned completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any odors, perfume, makeup stains, or animal hair.
Packaging & Tags: All original packaging, custom tags, security ribbons, and protective coverings must remain fully intact and attached.
Right to Deny/Deduct: Upon arrival at our international processing facility, if an item is found to have been worn, tried on aggressively, or damaged, we reserve our legal right to deduct up to 100% of the refund value to cover the total loss of the product's resale capability.
2. Return Shipping Costs & Liabilities
Customer Responsibility: In accordance with EU law, the consumer must bear the full direct cost of returning the goods. Try Modest Limited does not provide free return shipping labels for standard buyer remorse or withdrawal requests.
Tracked Shipping Required: The item remains your legal responsibility until it safely arrives at our designated international warehouse. We strongly mandate using a fully tracked and insured shipping service. We are not liable for any return packages lost or damaged in transit.
3. Processing and Final Approval Once your return is received, it will undergo a strict inspection by our quality control team. Refunds will only be issued after the item has passed inspection and is accepted back into our inventory. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of the goods.
