  • Payments & Currency

We offer a seamless and secure checkout experience.

Payments are accepted via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, and JCB.

All prices are displayed in USD by default. For your convenience, prices can be automatically converted to your local currency by selecting your preferred currency from the dropdown menu at the top of the website (desktop) or bottom left (mobile).

  • Refund Policy

If your order does not arrive within 42 days, we will issue a full refund. Simply contact us at team@trymodest.com to initiate the process.

In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will process a refund within 24 hours.

  • Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are considered final sale, except in the cases outlined below.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Photographic evidence of the defect or damage is required to help us assess your request. Please contact us at team@trymodest.com.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive an item that is objectively different from what you ordered, we will gladly assist with an exchange or return.

This applies strictly to cases such as:

  • receiving the wrong product
  • receiving an incorrect size
  • receiving an incorrect color

In these situations, exchange or return requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that differences in fabric feel, thickness, texture, or personal expectations do not qualify as an incorrect item, as all product details and materials are clearly described on each product page.

  • Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests made after this 2-hour window will not be accepted. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Order Amendments

Changes to an order must be requested within 2 hours of purchase.

We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes cannot be made once the order has entered processing or shipping.

  • Important Delivery Note

Before accepting your package from the delivery carrier, we strongly recommend checking that it has not been opened, torn, crushed, or soaked.

If your package arrives damaged and items are missing, please request a damage report from the shipping company within 7 days and notify their authorities immediately.
