2. Fast/DHL shipping (for some countries)

Free Shipping

• Usually, it takes 10-15 days for a product to reach.

 

DHL/Fast Shipping

Usually it takes 6-9 Business days

• In case of free shipping usually, it takes 10-18 days for our products to reach most countries. However, some countries may take up to 20 days. Our shipping policy is quite simple, if the product does not arrive within 44 business days you can ask for a complete refund.

• We shall strive to deliver goods in the specified time frame but do not guarantee or accept liability for deliveries outside the specified time frame, as we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our deliveries. 
• We assure our Customers that we will always do our best to deliver the products on or before the delivery dates. However, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may lead to delays, for example, customs, public/national holidays, natural disasters, air and ground transportation strikes etc.
• Please note that all applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order incurs these additional charges, you must pay them for your package to clear customs. This is especially true for expedited shipping methods like DHL/Fast, where US customers often experience these charges. Typically, orders shipped via free shipping do not incur customs duties.
