Do you ship internationally?
Yes.Currently we are providing service to the following countries:

Can I pay cash on delivery?
No. But we accept payments from all major cards.
Do you accept paypal?
Yes.
What if the product does not reach?
If the product does not reach within 44 Business days you can ask for a complete refund.Unless the time is mentioned in order confirmation email or on the product page. Rest assured if the product does not reach we will refund you completely. Just send us an email at trymodest@gmail.com with the subject "Refund required".
What are the shipping methods?
Try modest limited is providing two methods for shipping to cater for the needs of our dear customers:
- Free Shipping Method :( All countries except Lebanon)Usually, it takes 10-15 days for a product to reach( can take up to 18 days).
- Fast/DHL Shipping (Usually it takes 5-9 Business days to most countries)
Will Try Modest pay Custom Duty if applicable on my orders?
No. Custom duty/charges depend on the order and the country to be delivered and it varies from country to country. Payment of duties/taxes, if any applicable in your country, shall be responsibility of the Customers.
What if the product becomes unavailable after placing the order?
We understand that sometimes things change. If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we'll reach out to you as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp. We'll then offer you the option to choose a similar item, receive a full refund, or wait for the item to be restocked (if applicable).
I have multiple products in an order, will they be delivered together?
Each product may be considered as a separate shipment.Some times each product is coming from different country/location.Therefore, there is no guarantee that products placed in a same order are going to be delivered at the same time and in a same parcel.
How can I track my order ?

The wash label says my Trymodest garment is polyester, but it has the beautiful drape of satin/chiffon/linen (etc.). Can you elaborate?
At Try Modest, we understand the importance of fabric feel and drape. While our wash labels may say "polyester," that's because polyester is the underlying fiber used to create many different types of fabrics with unique textures. Satin, chiffon, linen, and even cotton can all be made from polyester! This allows us to offer garments with the look and feel of luxurious fabrics while maintaining the easy care benefits of polyester. Polyester is naturally wrinkle-resistant, dries quickly, and is often more durable than natural fibers, making it a perfect choice for our garments. Think of polyester as the building block, and weaves or finishes transform it into the fabrics you love, like the beautiful chiffon/satin/linen (etc.) of your Trymodest garment.
Can I change the default USD to my local currency?
Yes, it can be converted from USD to your local currency by selecting the desired currency in the dropdown menu. However, the checkout is going to be in USD by default.
