Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose:

Standard Shipping (Free) 
The estimated delivery time is 9–15 calendar days after your order is placed.
This estimate includes processing time.

Express Shipping – FedEx 
The estimated delivery time is 7–10 calendar days after your order is placed.
This estimate includes processing time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Please Note

• While we aim to meet these delivery timelines, delays can happen due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or waiting for stock to arrive at our warehouse).

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives.

• In some cases, products in the same order may be shipped separately.

• Customs and Import Duties: For most countries, customers do not pay additional charges. However, some countries may require customs duties, fees, taxes, or other import charges. All applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. These must be paid for the package to clear customs.
