Try Modest Limited is providing two methods for shipping to cater for the needs of our dear customers:

Free Shipping Method (all countries except Lebanon):

Usually, it takes 10–15 days for a product to reach (can take up to 18 days).

Fast / DHL Shipping:

Usually, it takes 5–9 business days to most countries.

No. Custom duty / charges depend on the order and the country to be delivered, and they vary from country to country.

Payment of duties or taxes, if applicable in your country, shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, it can be converted from USD to your local currency by selecting the desired currency in the dropdown menu at the bottom of the page. However, the checkout will be in USD by default.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If the product does not reach within 44 business days, you can ask for a complete refund, unless a different timeframe is mentioned in the order confirmation email or on the product page.

Rest assured, if the product does not reach, we will refund you completely.

We understand that sometimes things change.

If an item becomes unavailable after you've placed your order, we'll reach out to you as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp.

We'll then offer you the option to choose a similar item, receive a full refund, or wait for the item to be restocked (if applicable).

Most of the time, yes. However, each product may be considered a separate shipment.

Sometimes each product comes from a different country or location. Therefore, there is no guarantee that products placed in the same order will be delivered at the same time or in the same parcel.
