Return & Refund Policy
- Payments can be made through Paypal/Visa/Mastercard/Apple Pay/AMEX (American Express)/Diners club/Discover.
- Prices by default are in USD. The same can be automatically converted from USD to your local currency by selecting the desired currency in the dropdown menu located at the top of the website (on desktop) or at the bottom left (on mobile).
- You can also change the website in your local language by selecting it in the dropdown options.
We fully refund if the product does not arrive within 42 days. You just have to send an email regarding refundat firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the product becomes unavailable after you have placed order we try to refund within 24 hours.
Return & Exchange policy
All sales are final except when the product is sent wrong or damaged.
Customers have 7 days time from delivery to notify us if our product/s are found defective/damaged upon receipt of the items. Photographic evidence of the product's defect or damage is required. Please send us a message or email us at email@example.com so that we may assess the claim and respond, accordingly. If the claim is substantiated, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Exchange/Return requests are acceptable for 14 days from the date of receipt of the product/s if the product sent is wrong. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to exchange the product/s.
However, the shipping cost may apply.
Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel your order, you MUST contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.
Be advised that any cancellation request made after 2 hours of completion of purchase will not be entertained. Once the shipping/processing of the order has been initiated cancellation would not be possible.
Amendments in Order
If you wish to amend an order, you MUST contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. All efforts will be made to accommodate your request. However, it would not be possible if shipping/processing of the order has been initiated.

- Before accepting the package from the delivery company, we recommend you check if it has been opened, torn, crushed, or soaked.
- If your package is damaged and the product(s) inside are missing, take a damage report from the shipping company within 7 days and notify the company authorities about the situation.
